
MUTHIYA ( Tea time Snack )

Ingredients
- 3 cup cooked Rice
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1/2 TBSP Red chilli powder
- 1 TBSP Ginger paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh Coriander
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 TBSP Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 5-6 curry leaves
Instructions
- 1.Mix all above Ingredients and mix well- knead soft dough- give them long cylinder shape
- 2.Steam them on medium flame 15 min
- 3.After 15 min take it out - keep a side - let it cool down 75 % and cut them into pieces
- 4.Heat up a pot - add oil - add mustard seeds - sauté well .
- 5.Bring gas low flame then add sesame seeds and curry leaves
- 6.Now add all Muthiya pieces into pot mix well ...
- 7.Garnish with some fresh coriander
- 8.MUTHIYA ready to eat ... Enjoy them with tea , coffee , milk etc ...
