Ingredients

  • mahi
  • yogurt
  • pav bhaji masala
  • turmeric
  • dhana jeeru
  • marchu
  • salt
  • garam masala
  • ginger paste
  • garlic paste
  • olive oil
  • dhania (1 bunch)
  • tomatoes (2)
  • green chili (2)
  • oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Cube mahi pieces
  2. 2.Mix yogurt with pav bhaji masala, turmeric, dhana jeeru, marchu, salt, garam masala, ginger paste, garlic paste and olive oil
  3. 3.Mix with fish and bake at 375 for 20-25 min
  4. 4.Grind dhania, tomatoes and green chili
  5. 5.Heat oil
  6. 6.Cook the mixture in oil
  7. 7.Cook until oil is released
  8. 8.Put fish in gravy and add water
  9. 9.Taste for salt
