Curry Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (shake can really well)

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat oil in small pan over medium heat.
  2. 2.Add curry paste and curry powder.
  3. 3.Stir until curry paste is smoother and spices are fragrant.
  4. 4.Reduce heat to low and add coconut milk and brown sugar.
  5. 5.Combine well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6.Season to taste with salt.
  7. 7.Pour into serving dish and enjoy with Paratha Roti
