- 2 water
- 1 yogurt
- 2 heaped tablespoon gram flour (per cup of yogurt)
- salt
- sugar
- ground chili
- marchu
- ginger
- garlic
- dry red chili
- hing (little)
- cloves
- rai
- jeera
- ghee
- dhana
- limbdi
Instructions
- 1.Mix water, yogurt, and gram flour together
- 2.Heat on low till boil
- 3.Check for whether too thick or thin to taste, constantly keep stirring otherwise the yogurt splits
- 4.Add salt, sugar, ground chili, marchu, ginger, and garlic and let simmer
- 5.Fry dry red chili, hing, cloves, rai and jeera in ghee
- 6.Add dhana and limbdi last to vaghar
- 7.Add to kadhi
