Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • yogurt
  • ginger
  • green chillies
  • dhana
  • salt
  • jiru vaghar
  • water (ratio 2:1 with yogurt)

Instructions

  1. 1.Boil the potatoes and cut into small cubes
  2. 2.Mash two or three potatoes for the gravy
  3. 3.After putting jiru vaghar, add all the ingredients including yogurt
  4. 4.Add water and mashed potatoes
  5. 5.Let it boil on low heat and stir frequently so yogurt doesn't separate
  6. 6.If the gravy is watery, you can mash some cubes which are already in your shak
