- potatoes
- yogurt
- ginger
- green chillies
- dhana
- salt
- jiru vaghar
- water (ratio 2:1 with yogurt)
Instructions
- 1.Boil the potatoes and cut into small cubes
- 2.Mash two or three potatoes for the gravy
- 3.After putting jiru vaghar, add all the ingredients including yogurt
- 4.Add water and mashed potatoes
- 5.Let it boil on low heat and stir frequently so yogurt doesn't separate
- 6.If the gravy is watery, you can mash some cubes which are already in your shak
