
Handva with Talod Mix and Veggies

Ingredients
- Talod handva mix
- yogurt
- chopped spinach
- grated carrots
- dudhi
- garlic chutney
- Gol Keri no raso
- oil
- mustard seeds
- curry leaves
- dry whole red chilies
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1.I use the Talod handva mix but add yogurt , lots of veggies - chopped spinach , grated carrots, dudhi
- 2.I also add some garlic chutney and Gol Keri no raso.
- 3.Spray some oil in the baking tray and pour the batter .
- 4.For vaghar I put mustard seeds, curry leaves , dry whole red chilies and sesame seeds .
- 5.Spread the vaghar on top and I baked in the oven at 350 degrees until a knife comes out clean and the top browns and becomes crisp
- 6.After it is done and taken out of the oven , leave it for about 10-15 min before cutting it
