Creamy Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 1/8 cups cream
  • 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 1/2 oz melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. 1.
    Whip 2 1/8 cups cream with 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar.
  2. 2.
    Add 3/4 cup condensed milk to the whipped cream.
  3. 3.
    Add 1/3 cup cocoa powder to the mixture and stir well.
  4. 4.
    Add 3 1/2 oz melted dark chocolate and mix until fully combined and smooth.
  5. 5.
    Optional - Add mini chocolate chips and fold in.
  6. 6.
    Pour the ice cream mixture into containers.
  7. 7.
    Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  8. 8.
    Scoop and enjoy the creamy chocolate ice cream.
